 Open the package at room temp, take out the Instruction Sheet.  Do Not unzip the clear bag of Image sheets until ready to use.

 What is your turn-around time?
MOST ORDERS SHIP IN 1-2 DAYS, THEN ALLOW FOR TRANSIT DAYS. SEE OUR  SHIPPING  MAP.

 What is the shelf life of your edible icing image sheets?
STORE UNOPENED IMAGES FOR 1-2 MONTHS IN ORIGINAL ZIPPED BAG AT ROOM TEMP, OUT OF LIGHT.  DISCARD REMAINDER OR
PLACE A SLICE OF WHITE BREAD IN THE ZIPPED BAG UNDER THE BOTTOM SHEET FOR A FEW HOURS, REMOVE BREAD & RE-SEAL BAG.

Do you print on Icing Sheets?
YES, WE USE KOSHER CERTIFIED KOPYKAKE OR LUCKS FROSTING SHEETS.  WE LOOSEN THE BACKING SHEETS FOR YOU.

ICING SHEETS  (Smooth Surface)  Best on Any Confection for Photos, Pictures, Logos, Cartoons, Text, anything printable.

YES, WE ALSO PRINT ON KOSHER APPROVED 100% NATURAL EDIBLE WAFER PAPER WITH NO BACKING SHEET TO REMOVE.

EDIBLE PAPER  (Matte Surface not for Photos)  Best on Fondant, Gum paste, Cookie Icing, for Logos, Cartoons and Text.

FD&C Approved Food Coloring
Ingredients:  Purified Water, Glycerin, Artificial Colourings, FD&C Black 5,
Humectant ((a food additive, used to reduce the loss of moisture),
Ethanol (a grain alcohol from corn, wheat, grain sorghum, barley, potatoes, sugar cane),  
Preservers: (P-hydroxybenzoic acid and its esters (also known as Parabens) that occur naturally in foods and plants).

 Does food coloring print exact to printer ink?
NOT EXACT, BUT WE PRINT SEVERAL TEST COPIES BEFORE PRINTING YOUR EDIBLE ICING IMAGE SHEETS.

 What is the average cost of an edible icing image sheet?
AVERAGE COST $9.99.  THE COST IS LISTED ON EVERY ORDERING PAGE, SEE DROP-DOWN ARROWS FOR COST.

 What size edible icing images do you have?
MANY SIZES and CUSTOM SIZES.  THE SIZE IS LISTED ON EVERY ORDERING PAGE, SEE DROP-DOWN ARROWS FOR SIZES.

 Do you give extra icing images free?
YES, FOR MOST MULTIPLE SHEET ORDERS.

 Can you print more than one edible icing image on the same sheet?
YES, ADD $0.75 PER PICTURE, UP TO 6 DIFFERENT PICS PER SHEET, NO CHARGE FOR THE FIRST PICTURE.
NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR YOUR "AS IS" READY-TO-PRINT, MULTI-PIC COLLAGE.

 Can you print text?
YES, TEXT IS FREE ON IMAGES.  WE CAN ALSO PRINT TEXT SHEETS, TEXT STRIPS & TEXT WRAPS.

 Can you combine photos with cartoons?
YES, ADD $3.00.  WE COMBINE PICTURES TO LOOK LIKE ONE NATURAL PHOTO, NOT JUST SIDE-BY-SIDE.  

 Can you change my picture's background or take it out?
YES, ADD $3.00 BACKGROUND CHANGE.  OTHER MINOR CROPPING IS FREE.

 Can you take out scratches or restore my old picture?
YES, ADD $3.00 BACKGROUND CHANGE.  WE CAN MAKE OLD PICTURES LOOK NEW!

 Can I see a proof before you print?  
YES, REQUEST PROOF AFTER PAYMENT IF WE HAVE ADDED FREE TEXT OR CUSTOMIZED YOUR PICTURE.

 Can you print solid red or black backgrounds?
YES, PRINTED ON ICING SHEETS, NOT ON EDIBLE PAPER.

The FDA (Food & Drug Administration) does not allow return of food products. 
If we make a mistake, please call so we can refund or ship a replacement with free shipping.

 Do you print licensed or copyrighted pictures?
YES, WE ARE ABLE TO PURCHASE AND PRINT MANY LICENSED CARTOONS, DESIGNS, SCHOOL & SPORTS LOGOS.
Local council directors authorize the use of the BS logos for scouting purposes printed for edible images.

How to Measure Diameter of Cakes for use with 10" wide Cake Strips:

MULTIPLY Round cake pan size by 3.14 then divide by 10 to see how many Strips you need for that layer.
MULTIPLY Oval cake pan size by 3.14 then divide by 10 to see how many Strips you need for that layer.
ADD all 4 Square cake pan sides then divide by 10 to see how many Strips you need for that layer.
ADD all 4 Oblong cake pan sides then divide by 10 to see how many Strips you need for that layer.
